Question: What are your shipping rates?
Answer: Free! There are no shipping charges, within the continental United States. For outside of the continental U.S., special shipping charges will apply. Please contact us either by e-mail or telephone to request information. AK, HI and Canada.
Six percent sales tax will be added to Pennsylvania residents.
Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Since our manufacturers have very strict return policies, we must as well. We can accept returns only under two conditions, one, of course, if we make a mistake on your order. The second is if there is a manufacturers' defect. If you must return an item for these reasons only, contact us within seven days of receipt of merchandise, and we will contact the manufacturer. They will issue a Return Authorization Number, which we will forward to you. The item must be returned within fifteen days of the issuance of this Authorization Number. All merchandise must be in its original packaging. Because of our manufacturers' strict policies, we ask you to please e-mail us with any questions you may have before you place your order. Double-check all your sizes, colors, designs and quantities.
Question: Do your prices ever change?
Answer: We try to keep our prices current; but occasionally, a manufacturer does increase their prices, and we must as well. We will let you know if there is an increase in pricing before we ship.
